Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all offers, quotes, and agreements between CNJ E-Commerce Transport B.V. (Chamber of Commerce 92057608) and its business customers.

1. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer, quote, and agreement between CNJ E-Commerce Transport B.V. and a counterparty acting in the course of a profession or business (B2B). We supply exclusively to business customers, not consumers.

2. Offers and quotes

The prices per kilogram shown on our website are indicative and exclude freight and shipping costs. The final quote, including any shipping costs, is drawn up on request based on stock and requested quantity, and is non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Formation of the agreement

An agreement is formed once we have confirmed an order in writing (by email or invoice). A request via the contact form does not constitute a binding order.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros, exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is made by bank transfer based on the invoice we send, within the payment term stated on the invoice. We do not offer online payment methods.

5. Delivery

Delivery takes place within the Netherlands and Europe, or by pickup at our warehouse by appointment, as agreed upon order confirmation. Stated delivery times are indicative.

6. Retention of title

Delivered goods remain the property of CNJ E-Commerce Transport B.V. until the buyer has fully met their payment obligations.

7. Product condition and complaints

Our products are sold in accordance with the description on the product page and our product disclaimer. Given the nature of mystery boxes (mixed, uninspected or partially inspected merchandise), B2B orders are subject to different complaint and return rights than consumer purchases. Complaints must be reported in writing as soon as possible, and no later than 7 days after receipt.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant order, except in cases of intent or deliberate recklessness on our part.

9. Force majeure

In the event of force majeure, the performance of our obligations is suspended for the duration of the force majeure situation.

10. Applicable law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where CNJ E-Commerce Transport B.V. is established.
